They started because they were passionate about their trade and wanted to build something meaningful.

Who Founded the Roch Company and what inspired its name?
The Roch Company was founded by Anne and Travis, two business leaders who have spent decades helping organizations grow through stronger financial management, operational excellence, and practical leadership.
The company is named in honor of Anne’s father, Rochie, a small business owner who built and operated a boat manufacturing company in Bradenton, Florida. Like many entrepreneurs, Rochie poured everything he had into his business. He showed up early, stayed late, and carried the responsibility of supporting his employees, serving his customers, and keeping the business moving forward. There were times he paid his employees before paying himself because he understood that people depended on him.
Growing up, Anne witnessed both the pride and the pressure that came with business ownership. She saw firsthand that being exceptional at a trade or craft doesn’t automatically prepare someone for the financial, operational, and leadership challenges of running a successful company. Many evenings were spent around the kitchen table discussing payroll, customers, cash flow, and the realities of keeping a small business alive.
Those experiences became the foundation of The Roch Company.
The name serves as a reminder of who we serve and why we exist. We exist to help business owners gain clarity, build stronger businesses, and create opportunities for the people who depend on them. Every service we provide—from bookkeeping and accounting to advisory and operational support—is rooted in the lessons learned from real business ownership and a deep respect for the sacrifices entrepreneurs make every day.
