Before founding The Roch Company, she owned and served as Chief Operating Officer of a $5-million technology company guiding it through both the 2008 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. Her steady hand and strategic foresight secured critical PPP funding, safeguarded jobs, and delivered the company’s highest-ever annual revenue in 2020: proof that great leadership shines brightest in hard times.

Anne’s financial and operational expertise runs deep. She has implemented two ERP systems from the ground up and later used that knowledge to lead a full-scale optimization at CEI Solutions, where she unified the company’s teams and workflows under Karbon. The result was greater efficiency, accountability, and connection across the firm a hallmark of her leadership style.

Known for her calm under pressure and her ability to see both the details and the bigger picture, Anne has improved profitability, led successful acquisitions, and implemented systems that increased cash flow by 28% and revenue by 22%. She’s a Certified Scrum Master and holds an MBA from the University of South Florida, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a undergraduate in education—training that still shapes her approach to teaching, mentoring, and leading others.
