Vision

We believe every trades business owner deserves a financial foundation that makes sense and a business partner who’s actually been in their shoes

Mission

To give service business owners the accounting clarity and operational confidence they need to build a business worth owning one that supports their life instead of consuming it.

We Know What It’s Like

If you’re like most service business owners, you didn’t start your company because you wanted to manage financial reports, review payroll, chase invoices, or spend your evenings trying to understand where the money went.

You started because you were good at your trade.

Maybe you were the best technician on the team. Maybe you saw an opportunity to do things better. Maybe you simply wanted to build something of your own.

Then the business grew. More customers. More employees. More vehicles. More responsibility.

And somewhere along the way, you found yourself spending less time doing what you love and more time trying to keep everything moving.

We’ve seen that story before because we’ve lived it.

The Roch Company was built by people who have spent decades inside service businesses. Businesses built on reputation, hard work, customer relationships, and long days. Businesses where payroll comes first, customers need answers, and the owner is often the one carrying the weight when something goes wrong.

Our name comes from Rochie, a business owner who understood those realities well. He built boats in Bradenton, Florida and, like many owners, there were times he paid employees before he paid himself. Not because it was easy, but because people depended on him. Watching those sacrifices taught us an important lesson: being great at your craft and being great at running a business are not always the same thing.

That’s why we do what we do today.

We help service business owners understand their numbers, strengthen their operations, and create businesses that don’t rely on them to solve every problem. We believe good businesses create opportunities for employees, stability for families, and stronger communities. More importantly, we believe owners deserve to enjoy what they’ve built.

Because the goal isn’t simply to grow a business.

The goal is to build one that works for you.

Our Impact

The businesses we work with don’t hire us for theories. They hire us because we’ve faced many of the same challenges ourselves and know what it takes to solve them.

Over the last several decades, our team has built, operated, and supported service businesses through economic uncertainty, rapid growth, acquisitions, and day-to-day operational challenges. We’ve helped grow service organizations from a handful of employees into multi-market operations, expanded businesses across multiple cities, and built the financial and operational structures required to support long-term growth.

We’ve navigated difficult markets, including the economic challenges of 2008 and 2020, while helping businesses continue to grow, remain profitable, and support the employees and families who depended on them. We’ve helped transform local businesses into organizations capable of supporting regional and national growth by creating the systems, reporting, and accountability needed to scale with confidence.

Along the way, we’ve identified pricing gaps, operational inefficiencies, and financial errors that regularly produce a 3:1 return on investment for our bookkeeping and advisory clients. We’ve implemented technology and process improvements that reduced billing time, improved operational performance, strengthened accountability, and helped business owners make better decisions with greater confidence. We’ve also supported acquisitions, system integrations, and organizational changes that drove revenue growth while maintaining operational stability.

But numbers only tell part of the story.

Behind every growth milestone, profitability improvement, and operational success is a business owner trying to build something meaningful. Someone working long hours, carrying significant responsibility, and wondering if all the effort is leading somewhere worthwhile.

Our goal has never been to create dependence on consultants, reports, or complicated systems. Our goal is to help owners understand their business, improve its performance, and create the confidence that comes from knowing where they stand and where they’re headed.

Because after decades of running service businesses, we’ve learned that success isn’t measured by how busy you are. It’s measured by whether the business can continue to perform, grow, and create opportunities for the people who depend on it even when you’re not in the room.
