Our Story

The Roch Company was inspired by family by the kind of hard work and heart that builds small businesses from the ground up.

Our name comes from Rochie, one of our owner’s fathers. He was the kind of man who showed up early, stayed late, and carried the weight of running a business on his shoulders. Anne, our CEO, saw those long days firsthand days spent doing what he loved, and nights spent at the kitchen table trying to keep the books straight and the lights on. From him, she learned both the pride and the pressure of entrepreneurship. She also learned that one day, she’d help people like her dad find balance so fathers could have dinner with their daughters, mothers could have time with their sons, and business owners could finally take a breath.

Our co-founder, Travis, grew up seeing the same struggle from another angle. His mother was full of ideas and drive, always chasing the next big opportunity. But what she needed wasn’t another idea it was structure, a process, a plan. Watching her work endlessly without the support or systems to scale taught him that passion alone isn’t enough. Success needs stability.

Together, those lessons became The Roch Company A company built to help others find the clarity, structure, and confidence to grow stronger without losing themselves in the process.

Our Impact

At The Roch Company, we measure impact differently. It’s not just about balance sheets, processes, or growth metrics, it’s about people.

It’s the father who finally makes it home for dinner because his business now runs without him there every second.
It’s the mother who takes a weekend off for the first time in years because the books are balanced and the bills are predictable.
It’s the small business owner who stops surviving quarter to quarter and starts planning for the future.

Our impact lives in those quiet moments, the ones that happen when chaos turns into clarity, when long nights become early mornings at peace, and when business owners remember why they started in the first place.

We don’t just strengthen businesses. We help people reclaim their time, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover the joy of doing what they love.
